Question Pc turns on but screen is black and its probably not booting up

PC lights are working, USB ports detect my phone but not the keyboard, tried unplugging every component expect hard drive because I been using it for only 2 months. All fans are working normally, other components seems to be working fine. I already know that monitor and its cables are fine. For what I can understand PC isn't booting. How can I fix this ?
