[SOLVED] PC turns on but shuts off instantly.

So today i got a new i7-9700k, and rosewill rgb water cooler and a new case. I installed everything and booted tk bios successfuly. I went to grab my usb drives to install windows but now the pc turns off and automatically shuts off. Other times it lasts a bit longer but still turns off and restarts. I tried a different psu, but the result was the same. A thing i noticed is that my mouse and keyboard dont even turn on when the pc turns on.

I'm suspecting the water cooler, but not too sure. Any suggestions? Thanks!

It's possible the mobo is damaged, or requires a bios update. What mobo is it?

I could have sworn i pasted the specs. Anyway, it was a faulty mobo. I went to the local.best buy and got me another one. Thanks.
