Question PC turns on but sometimes no signal to monitor and no power to keyboard or mouse ?

This has been going on for around 5 months, when it works it works normally.
Sometimes taking the GPU out and putting it back fixes it.
I ran sfc scan and windows memory diagnostic, they were fine

I have:
cpu- i5-4460
Mobo- MSI B85-G41
Ram- HyperX 2133mhz 2x4GB
psu- Corsair CX600
