Question PC Turns on but the keyboard. Mouse and Monitor wont work.

I just assembled the PC, after I connect it with the PSU, the fans for Chassis, CPU and GPU work, but the keyboard, mouse and Monitor don't power up, nor it gave any beeps. I removed my only ram stick to see if the beeps work, and it did beep when my motherboard powered up without RAM. The motherboard and PSU are new.
