Question PC turns on, but there is no image

Hello. I recently had a blue screen and it seems that my system broke, because the computer turns on fine: it goes through the manufacturer's screen, it goes through the Windows loading screen, and there it goes black. I don't see the cursor. The keyboard responds normally (if I press Caps Lock, the corresponding keyboard light toggles).

It's an OS problem, I know because right now I'm using the same computer with another hard drive. I really need to access my old system.

I've already tried the "Fix startup problems" option (or something like that) in the recovery options and trying to boot into safe mode, unsuccessfully. Maybe there is some magic command for the cmd? Maybe something related to the graphics driver has been damaged?

If necessary, I have uploaded a CPU-Z report. I think it's not visible in the file, but my PSU is a Corsair CX600.
