Question PC turns on, but won’t boot (no display, peripherals don’t work)

So I just purchased a pc a few days ago, and it turns on and all the fans spin and their rgb works, but I don’t get a display, nor do any peripherals I connect to it work.

I’ve tried everything I can possibly think of:

Taking out components and putting them back in
Removing the CMOS battery on the motherboard
Turning it on with certain components out
Making sure everything is connected and getting power
Doing a power cycle

Nothing is working, and I have no idea what the problem is. Has anyone encountered this issue before or can help with it?

PC is on warranty or not? Did you call the seller?
