Question PC turns on but won't boot

I've seen similar threads about this and none of them helped so I decided to post my own. My PC was running fine about a couple of minutes ago but then it froze for some reason so I switched the power supply off then turn it back on then this problem came. Ususally it's the power supply but I doubt that's the problem since I bought it yesterday. Monitor too, bought yesterday. What seems to be the problem here? Thanks.
