[SOLVED] PC Turns on But Wont Post

Hi, recently my pc has started to play up but i didn't think much of it, but after coming back from a short holiday it doesn't seem to post. the fans spin and all of the lights are on but it just doesn't show anything. i have tried many things (for example disconnecting and reconnecting the gpu) but none of them have worked. this is my last resort before getting it fixed at a pc repair store so i was just wanting to know if anyone had any ideas.

My pc specs are:
Nvidia Geforce 970 turbo
Intel i5 6600k
16 GB DDR4 ram
A 500 GB SSD
750 Watt PSU

Maybe there's a problem with the monitor? Try unplugging it from the pc and turning it off and on. Hard to say without more info

could be the psu or gpu. try removing the gpu and run with the igpu
