PC turns on by its own!

As the title says, my pc ever since I installed Windows 10 it keeps turning on by its own at 12.00 midnight! I had fix this issue back in time in Windows 8.1 but can't find a way to get it fixed again.. Everything I try from guides like disabled system maintenance, does not work. Please help!

Specs?

Do you have Wake On Lan enabled because that can cause random startups?
You might also want to look through the BIOS for power settings like fast startup

I have a feeling that it's not shut down entirely but just going to sleep and some maintenance task is probably waking it up.
If it's shutting down properly than something in BIOS may have something to do with it. When computer is shut down than OS has nothing to do with it as it's not running.
