[SOLVED] Pc turns on fans go loud pc turns off

A week old laptop is having some weird problems.

Basically i start the computer after few minutes fans start spinning at 100% and after few more seconds pc turns off.

The temperatures seem to be normal

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

What i tried:
Disconnecting both fans
Booting pc in safe mode
Staying in bios for a while(still same problem fans go up then pc dies)

If it was a PC I would recommend trying a different power supply, but if it's a laptop you should return it

Week old laptop is (or should be) covered by manufacturer's warranty so make use of it.
