Hi everyone!

This is my new pc

i5 8600
GTX 1070
16GB DDR4 2400mhz
Asus H310

After install turns on and turns off no beep.

What i tried: Switch rams or only 1
Clean everything
Tested psu(Sharkoon 80% wpm 500w)

After 2 hour of test I installed back my old pc (with the new card and extra rams)

Ryzen 1600
16gb DDr4 RAM
GTX 1070
Asus prime a320m-k
(Sharkoon 80% WPM 500w)

Same Case!!!

Worked perfectly

So please help me :) I really want to enjoy the intel cpu power

Maybe the motherboard is the problem and need to buy a new one?!

Chipset is too bad for this cpu and vga?

Solution
Maybe the Sharkoon power supply is defective and just works under certain circumstances or is not compatible to this Intel system.

Coudn´t find "Haswell" C6/C7 Low-Power States compatibility for the Sharkoon. Maybe it´s just not compatible to Intel.
Chipset and socket seem to support Intel 8th Gen LGA 1151, which is what you have.
Is it cycling on and off or is it just shutting down? You mentioned you tried another PSU? Did you switch the RAM itself or just the channel it goes into?
Did you try running it without the graphics card in place and trying to boot on integrated graphics?

One thing you could try is looking at something like "Avoiding Common PC Building Traps" by Techquickie on Youtube and see if there's something very simple you may have missed.

One thing can happen sometimes is the CPU retention bracket is slightly loose from the motherboard PCB and it can cause just enough of a disconnection with the pins to crash the PC.
Also consider if you mounted the board in the case that it was on the standoffs and that during assembling and testing, you understood static discharge. It's possible that there's some damage to one or more components that isn't your fault, but of course you have to check all of the other options first.

I'm sorry if I can't help you further, at the very least I can help you get more information out there. :)

jerrylee22: sometimes power button workin sometimes not and yes shuttin down. No i didnt switch the ram because it worked/working perfectly (2x8gb)
Yes i tried the integrated graphics. Thank you i gonna check everything.

smorizio: Bios is fine

Ah ok, thought because of "Same Case!!! " it wouldn´t boot with the AMD system as well.

Have a look at the pins of the CPU socket of the motherboard, any bent pins?

reset the motherboard by jumper (Clear RTC RAM (shorten the 2-pin CLRTC))

Which ASUS H310 board is it exactly?

So we can assume your CPU is properly seated in the retension bracket and the pins are making contact?

Have you tried booting it completely out of the case on top of the motherboard's box?
Your 8pin CPU cable and 24pin power cable are fully connected and the power supply is working... and it doesn't look like you have an onboard integrated power switch, so bridging the pins on the power switch header (which connects to front panel IO power button) with a screw driver or other conductive metal should complete the circuit and power on the motherboard. See if it remains on, and go from there. Ultimately, you might have to RMA the board - the PCB could be shorted somewhere.

After tried with a Coolermaster elite 600w it worked!!!

But i dont understand how it is possible because the AM4 config is ok.

anyone can explane this?

Thank you guys.
