Pc Turns on for a split sec then off again!

Hello, so my pc was running all good until today morning . I woke up tried to turn it on and the LED lights turned on for a split second then off again ! Unplugged ram and switched ram plugs nothing happend . I have no idea what it is but saw that my MOBO (has a green LED ) was turning on when i opened the case !

Specs :
Asus P8B75-MLX
Intel i73770k (stock)
Nvidia 660
650w PSU
8gb RAM
1TB HD

Any thoughts ?

It is completely dead it wont stay on for less than split sec ! Only the led lights turn on for a sec ! It doesnt even make the beeping sound ( Usually it made a Beep noise ) when it turned on
