Question Pc turns on for a split second and then off.

I just bought a brand new pc from skytech and it just arrived yesterday. I booted it up and everything was going fine. Played a game for a bit and then went to sleep while leaving my pc on to download more games. When I woke up the pc was turned off so I thought it was strange. I went to check and it on it turned on for a split second and then turned back off. Pressing the power button again but this time it does nothing. Then I unplugged it and replugged the cable and now it does the same turned on for a split second and then off. This should be a brand new computer so why is this happening?
