Question Pc Turns On For A Split Second Then Off Repeatedly

As the title says, when I try to start my pc it turns on for not even a second, then turns off again repeatedly. However, it does sometimes run for a bit longer until it shuts off. If I let it just do its thing, let it turn on and off for a while it sometimes after a while turns on (nothing on the monitor keep in mind) then after a few seconds, everything turns off except the graphics card for some reason. I don't know what's happening and why, but it started just recently, I've tried resetting it, taking out all the cables and putting them in again, letting it run for a while (that's when it usually turns on then all but my graphic card turns off), tried taking out the ram and putting it back in. My monitor also says it's getting no inputs from neither Display Port or HDMI.

Might also want to see if you can make progress with your iGPU(if it's on your system) and the discrete card is removed.

I don't have any specs written down so I'm going with what I can find written on the parts in my computer.

CPU: Can't find written anywhere, but I believe it's from Intel
Motherboard: Asrock Fatal1ty (a few years old, not sure what )
Ram: DDR2 (I think, it doesn't actually say on the ram stick)
SSD/HDD: Toshiba DT01ACA200
GPU: Geforce RTX 2060
PSU: sharkoon wpm700 bronze
Chassis: I'm guessing some sort of Mid-tower, about 40cm both vertically and horizontally
OS: Windows 10

This computer has been working perfectly for almost 4 years now, the only things I've switched out during those years is the power supply, CPU cooler, and the graphics card, so I guess it has been running perfectly with these parts for about half a year.
