PC turns on it monitor doesn't

I power up my PC but it turns on and same with the case fans but nothing appears on the actual monitor. One thing that I did notice was that the case fans were not running as fast and hard.

Post the 12v, 5v and 3.3v rail readings.

Why would a new power supply be needed mine works or was working just fine and has plenty of watts

I found out y

I pulled the CPU cooler out and pow the CPU came right with it ! The CPU wasn't fully placed in before locked allowing it to be pried out

The CPU pins are bent

Or 3 of them are

That guide really helped all along it was bent pins

And in the end my CPU temp is still 70 degrees¡!!!!!!!!

If the CPU socket pins are bent then you need to repalce the motherboard. Then see that the CPU is seated correctly and the CPU cooler as well.
