Pc turns on keyboard and mouse no video

Now i would like some opinions/help as i have tried using a new mb cpu and ram and still the same issue i have tried using a different monitor/cable , tried using on board hdmi and gfx hdmi and still no video, i need help, also tried unplugging everything except for ram and cpu still no success

The old ones were amd fx8320 , ddr3 133mhz ram, saphire ddr5 4gb gfx and 950w psu (cant remember its name), new components ddr4 2400mhz ram, ryzen 1600, and asrock ab350 pro mb

Make sure that you're using a graphics card and that the monitor is connected to it and not to the motherboard.
