I built my PC in October of last year and I haven't had any problems until now. When I turn the PC on, all fans start spinning (including GPU and CPU cooler) but there is no display to my monitors and my keyboard and mouse don't light up. There is no beep either. I have only tried reseating the RAM and booting with only one RAM module in but neither were successful.

Gigabyte B450M DS3H
Gigabyte 1650 Super Windfore OC
Ryzen 3 3100
Corsair Vengeance 2x8GB 3200mhz
My first thought was that the issue is my motherboard but I am unsure how to verify this.
