Question PC turns on, no image

Hello, so I have a problem with one PC.

It got struck by lightning a few days ago (obviously not directly), and since then its not working. It uses an adapter like a laptop to power it, so it has no PSU.

The first things I did, is try another adapter and the PC finally turned on. But now there is no image. The CPU fan spins and everything, but there is no image. It also doesnt have a separate GPU that I could try, the motherboard is CIH61IV 1.0

I found new motherboards online for about 50 EUR, but is it possible it could be something else?

Did you try clearing the CMOS?
