PC Turns on (No running fans, No Display)

So I was playing PUBG when my PC freezed. I forced it to shut down by keeping the power button pressed for like 10 seconds.
When I turned it on, no display. When I checked the interior of the case, the fans were not spining but the lights of the ram and others were working.
i5 6600k
GTX 1070
EVGA 650 GQ

I'd firstly try testing different power supply, if possible.
