PC turns on nothing on the monitor

Hello,
Pc turns on, hard drive, fans working. No beeps, nothing on the monitor (yellow light). New graphics card didn't help. Unplugged and reconnected everything. Reset CMOS. Blue screened a while back could enter safe mode. No longer have anything on the screen.
