I built my PC 5 days ago

Ryzen 5 5600x
Msi b550m-p gen3
Corsair 16gb 3200MHz
Corsair 750w psu
Nvidia geforce 1660ti

Last night I started to work turning the pc on started it but the system went down in a second without POST beep.

I removed all the peripherals and rebooted it didn't worked.

I turned off and on the PSU and started the pc started without peripherals I inserted peripherals one by one it worked and OS was running.

Then again I shut down my pc and turned back on it started for a flip second with fans and rgb working and stopped. While further clicking the power button had no effect.
I restarted the PSU amd turned on with peripherals again the same issue first started for a second further click had no effect.

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

Corsair 750w psu
Corsair is the brand of the unit, while 750W is the advertised wattage for the unit. Please mention the model for the PSU. Include it's age if it's been in service for a while.

I turned off and on the PSU and started the pc started without peripherals I inserted peripherals one by one it worked and OS was running.
Peripherals? You mean the internal components or your USB driven components?

Try and relocate to another wall outlet and see if the issue persists. Seating and reseating components is a sign you might be having a grounding issue.
