I built this PC last year and yesterday I cleaned out some dust just like I have a few other times. But this time when i plugged it back in and turned it on nothing happened except for the Ram rgb turned on. No fans no other lights. So I opened the case back up flipped the power back on and the motherboards rgb's come on for a second then shut back off. No beeps no code no fans. I then took almost everything out except for 1 stick of ram the cpu and cpu cooler with fan. Same thing, comes on for a second then shutts right back off. So I then tried taking it all out of the case and set it on its original box and tried again. Same results. I had another power supply sitting around so I tried using that and hooked up only the 8 pin cpu and the 24 pin motherboard. Again same thing happened comes on for a second then shuts right down.
Any ideas for me to try out would be awesome. Maybe I'm just missing something stupid.
Motherboard - GIGABYTE Z370 AORUS Gaming 5
Cpu - Intel Core i7-8700K
Ram - G.SKILL TridentZ RGB Series 16GB
Power supply - COUGAR-1000CMX 1000W
Any ideas for me to try out would be awesome. Maybe I'm just missing something stupid.
