full system spec? include brand and model of the psu

I built this pc in 2018 September.

CORSAIR Vengeance LPX 8GB (1 x 8GB) DDR4 DRAM 2400MHz C16 (PC4-19200) Memory Kit - Black (CMK8GX4M1A2400C16)

It's been happening since Sep 2018. I contacted Gigabyte they asked me to replace the PS, I did with Thermaltake tr600cusae004326 but no difference. I replaced the ram with CORSAIR. Same issue.
