[SOLVED] Pc turns on with no display on monitor

Hey friends for the past few days my pc would randomly restart when i m working..so today when i started my pc it kept getting restarted after it booted to desktop so i opened my pc cleaned some dust and tried to boot it up again but now theres no signal on my display and mouse and keyboard light will show for 1-2 sec when i press the power button and then no light on mouse and keyboard

Cpu,gpu,psu fans are working fine too can someone help me with whats going on.

i3 6100
gtx 1050ti
8 gb ram
h110m d mobo
500v psu

Turn off the switch on the PSU or unplug the power cord .
Check all the wiring and make sure everything is plugged in correctly.
Reseat Ram & GPU.
Clear the cmos via jumper.
Reconnect power and see if it will boot up now. Watch and see if the CPU fan spins.
