Question PC turns on with one RAM stick but both won't boot

So I made a build for a friend:
Ryzen 3 3200g
RAM XPG SPECTRIX D41 RGB Red DDR4, 3200MHz, 16GB (2 x 8GB), Non-ECC, CL16, XMP
Gigabyte Micro ATX GA-A320M-H, S-AM4, AMD A320, HDMI, 32GB DDR4
WD Green SATA M.2
400W Bronze PSU

The problem is that the PC won't boot when both RAM sticks are on both slots, but individually it will. If I insert both of them and then try to boot(no boot) and then remove one of them and retry to boot there is no success. It is only after I remove both RAM sticks and place just one that it boots normally. No booting meaning: No display, RAM RGB on, CPU fan spinning but slow, and no beeps from the speaker. Both RAM sticks have booted up the computer individually as well as both slots. I'm thinking it may have something to do with BIOS/CMOS because I've had similar issues but they all solved resetting CMOS except for this one.

Apparently I can't change the voltage but I just decided to try again using 2 sticks and it worked, booted and then crashed while doing nothing, I then decided maybe cleaning was the solution and cleaned the ram contacts and the slot, so far hasn't crashed and windows memory test gave no errors. Thanks again for your suggestion.
