Don't know where you live in India but if possible visit local Gigabyte store and there you can buy the motherboard for similar price and get free BIOS update.
OC the memory to higher speeds and you will get great results. No need to spend on higher speed memory kit while compromising on other important components. There are many videos on Youtube to help you with the process.
No SSD. For a budget build like this I think performance is more of a value than faster loads and boots.
This is the best setup you can get for your budget.

I personally wouldn't go for the 3200g when the older but far superior Ryzen 5 1600 is available for just a tad more.
I also would NEVER consider a build without any SSD, so I added the cheapest brand name 240gb one I could find.
Dropped the monitor from an IPS one to a TN panel. Cheaper and more responsive for gaming, but it does have tradeoffs.
3000mhz ram is only slightly behind 3200mhz performance-wise.

This should run most games at 1080p high or max detail with a fluent 60fps.

That 250GB SSD will run out of space in no time. And OP will definitely not be spending more to upgrade(add second storage drive) it any time soon. So that is a bad idea. We can live without SSD and have slower load times rather than having dissatisfying gaming experience.

I have a 240gb ssd as a boot drive. All of my games minus gtav fits on it.

This includes tf2, doom3, hl2, automation, beamng drive, and more.

Id go the ssd first then add a hdd later once it fills uo. I wouldnt buy a oc without any form of ssd.

If you can add HDD in near future then go with SSD.
RX570 is far superior to GTX1650
