MBD: I only went for the micro-atx because its cheaper , and I think it doesnt change anything form the normal atx , does it change ?

I NEED to cut some money off , where can I do it ?

P.S : I know my SDD isnt that good , but it is the only part I am reusing from my old pc , and I dont need HDD because I use my SDD as storage (I dont use more than 300GB).

Well, I'd say the Hyper 212 evo is an easy cut.

I'm not able to check pricing ATM, but a RX5700 or 5600XT are your alternatives to get down to your budget. Since you're looking at a 1080p monitor, those are still solid choices.

I am cuttind the hyper 212 off , but about the GPUs , I want gaming at 1080p 144Hz do you think the RX5700 or 5600XT will handle it ?

I am finding it very difficult to get the build under 1000 E and at the same time allowing for 200 E monitor. There's also not many choices as far as parts go either. This is the best I could do while keeping the parts at a decent quality:

The build looks good. The Hyper 212 is not a big upgrade from the stock cooler. You might want to consider not buying that and opting for the Tomahawk MAX if you're planing to overclock. If you are not planing to overclock, you may want to invest it in a larger/better SSD or 3600MHz of RAM.

This is as hard as you can push, into a GPU focused build as you can feasibly go within the current budget.

Aside from a few 400 series board that support BIOS flashback, MSI's "Max" series boards are on a short list of boards that are GUARANTEED to ship with a Ryzen 3000 compatible BIOS*. Further narrowing down that list, I dislike boards with only 2 RAM slots. Further reducing that list for minimum price almost always ends with only one board to choose from, the MSI B450M Pro-VDH Max.

*Since Ryzen 3000 has been out for 8 months, coupled with COVID supply shortages, you'd either have to get a board that was lost somewhere in a dark corner, or from a manufacturer that isn't bothering to release 400 series boards with BIOSes that are <8 months old. So sure, there's a good chance that most 400 series boards would ship with a Ryzen 3000 compatible BIOS by now, but again, not ABSOLUTELY guaranteed. It's not necessarily a show-stopper to have to acquire a loaner Ryzen 1000 or 2000 CPU (or take it to a store) to perform the BIOS flash, but...
