So, my PC is severely under performing compared to usual. I noticed my CPU and RAM are also at 100% usage or near almost constantly. I'm playing warzone and getting an average of maybe 30fps which fluctuates loads from 1 to maybe 100fps, compared to my usual 80-100fps.
I'm using an i5-6600k OC to 4.7GHz (never had a problem with OC for months) with a GTX 1070ti and Corsair Vengeance RGB 2x8GB at 2133Mhz (below their max as cpu/mobo isn't compatible with higher speeds).
