Question PC underperfoming & low FPS in games ?

Reset BIOS to defaults. Enable XMP. Run userbenchmark again.

i did reset the bios to default settings but it says that XMP is not supported. i dont know why though

There was a way to compare your machine to like machines and not the world.

Fuss around with the options and see if you can figure it out.

Comparing my cpu to a 13900K does not help me much.

The first userbenchmark you posted showed the ram as Value Select RAM 2133. That RAM may not have an XMP option.

most likely it doesnt because it is the value edition

Update:
i did a CMOS reset and i have to say that it helped with the problem a little bit
and after that i did a format and a clean install of the windows and that fixed it
even now i have some massive background cpu usage about 15% most times
but in the games i play with a lot more fps than before (in battlefield 5 in mid before i was playing 40-50m fps now i play ultra in around 90-100 fps)
