Question PC Underperforming. I think.....

Hey, My PC Specs are Ryzen 5 2400G, GTX 1050Ti, Crucial Ballistix 2x8 3200Mhz, 750w Psu, Samsung PM990 256gb, AX-370 mobo, F31 bios version.
I primarily play Fortnite, My old PC has a i5 4460, failing hdd, 8gb ddr3 1600mhz ram, 250w psu, same card im using now, and I used to get better FPS on it. I got my new PC for christmas and cant just get a new one since im just a kid.
I average around 90fps when playing on the performance option with all low settings. I have the latest NVIDIA driver installed, have optimised my PC a bit, and still get bad FPS, I have a 144hz monitor and can't even get to 144fps.
I also get quite a few stutters while playing too.
If anyone can help me it would be greatly greatly appreciated.

UPDATE: Opened NZXT Cam to see my CPU temps and realised my GPU is at constant 0% load. I havent monitored in task manager for a long time while ive had this PC but i dont think I've ever seen it go above 60% it just hovers around 50.

You might be running on the integrated graphics on the 2400g instead of the 1050ti.

My monitors are plugged into the 1050Ti and the temps are always around 50, on my old pc it used to be around 85 but this pc has a lot better airflow

Before I factory reset my PC i did have Integrated Graphics off, but didn't notice any fps difference so now i have it on auto.

Just disable integrated graphics and GPU is still at 0% load in NZXT cam.

Sorry, I thought it got deleted because I was awaiting on a response on the first one then it said something about it needing to be checked then I refreshed the page and it was gone so I made a new one.
