[SOLVED] PC underperforming in Discord video calls

When i a game on noe monitor and in a discord video call on second monitor all games stutter and i loose alot of frames. Better when i turn off the camera and the others don’t it’s better but still not normal.
I’ve tried turning off hardware acceleration and setting my primary monitor to 120hz. I can’t find a fix. Maybe my pc is just not good enough.

Primary monitor: Asus VG248QE 144hz
Second: HP 24uh 60hz

CPU: I5 6600K 4.5 GHZ
GPU: MSI GTX 1060 6GB GAMING X
RAM: 16 GB 2133MHZ DDR4

It depends what you are playing on the main monitor. If, for instance, its BF5 on ultra, then it might struggle to run that and your discord.
