Question PC underperforming

Hey guys, yesterday I got my new monitor and installed it. Now that I am using my pc, my graphics card is running at 100% when I play a game and have something on my second screen. Also my CPU and RAM is running at around 80%. I have an Intel Core I5 4460, 8 GB RAM DDR3 1600, Gigabyte 1050 TI OC 4 GB VRAM, 500 GB Samsung SSD and a 350W PSU from BeQuiet. My mainboard is an ASRock mainboard. My thoughts are that my PSU is not giving enough power to my PC parts. What are your thoughts and solutions. Thanks for the help!
