[SOLVED] Pc underperforming

Hey guys, so I have spent a good amount of money trying to get a good pc yet I can’t play games above 90 FPS max. Any ideas on why I’m having this issue? My specs below.

CPU: Amd Ryzen 5 2600x. Gpu: aorus 2080ti 11gb. Ram: Corsair 16gb 3200 mhz.

If you try to play in 4K you won't be able to have 90 fps in lots of games. At 1080p and 1440p you should easily have 90+fps.

Destiny 2, Cod MW, Gta 5, Escape from tarkov. I run my games at 1080p
