So I've rescently moved to a different room and all of the sudden my pc is underpreforming , I used several benchmarks and most were the same , but in game I have lower fps , for instance I had 250-300 fps in csgo, and now its less than 100, I've changed settings and all that, checked for vsync and even my resolution, checked the wires and they we're all properly connected, I've updated my drivers, and still no difference!

my specs are
MBO: Asrock AB350M-HDV
CPU: Ryzen 3 1200(stock clock)
GPU:RX570 8gb
Ram :16 Gb DDR4 @ 2400Hz
PSU:VS450
and some HDDs, I know , didnt have money for SDD

UserBenchmarks: Game 32%, Desk 40%, Work 30%
CPU: AMD Ryzen 3 1200 - 35.3%
GPU: AMD RX 570 - 43.7%
HDD: WD Blue 1TB (2012) - 81.1%
HDD: WD Blue 1TB (2015) - 85.2%

It’s not a slider it’s a setting you click, it on Radeon settings you go to the games section and click global settings it should be at the top, you might have to click on a custom profile box to see it.
I couldnt find anything to change, only power consumtion, fan speed, mhz for memory and so forth. I watched some videos and did research and couldnt find the "slider" they all had in the videos.
