I'm using corsair vs 450w. i5 4590 gtx 750 ti.While gaming or stress test, i'm monitoring 12v line with Hwinfo32.It is fluctuating from 11.98 to 11.482v.Temp are under under 70c-75c(100%)

1.Did my pc was shutdown because of failing PSU.
2.If i turn on my geyser or fridge some times(Not always) it is going off.

Plz help how to solve this issue can i buy new psu and stabilizer or good PSU alone enough.

Hi,Ever you checked 12v line under load.Is less than 11.5V common in good quality PSU under load?
Ideal case my PC was never shutdown, oly when on load.

Finally PSU or Both.

If the fridge starting up causes your PC to reboot, there might be an electrical wiring issue in your home. Either that or your PSU is exceptionally sensitive to momentary sags.

For "random" shutdowns while under load that do not appear to be correlated to anything else, a poor quality or failing PSU would be my default suspect as well after checking temperatures.

Do you have very poor power quality in your area? Frequent brown outs and black outs? How old is this psu? The corsair VS's aren't that bad I would think it shouldn't have trouble running a low power 750 ti rig if it was being supplied with the correct amount of power from the wall. If it happens when you turn something on in your house that probably means your pc is not getting enough power to run and shut itself off, I would keep things that put a heavy load on your electrical system off when using the pc.

less than 11.3v is usually bad, although software can be wrong. id suggest grabbing a multimeter and testing it

When ideal or casual browsing PC is fine no effects of fridge etc.Its happening only under load only!! Suspecting PSU

No what i mean is hows in your case..Under load what is your 12V voltage

Its 1 year old.As you said not using heavy loads like fridge etc i tried that but still pc goes off under load..!
