PC Update

Hi guys. I recently updated my pc but since I am an entusiastic I may update it again next month. I have been checking prices and according to my budget here is what I would like to try:

PSU: OCZ extreme mod 700w
RAM: (2X4)Gbs Gskill ripjaws 1600Mhz
CPU: AMD Phenom II 965
Motherboard: Gigabyte 990xfa ud3
HD: two hitachis 1Tb each
Video card: Gigabyte gtx 460 OC edition (sli)
1 dvd - burner drive
and the case is a thermaltake v4 with 3 12mm fans and 3 8mm

I think it's a good set up but I would like to know your opinion, also I am not so sure if the PSU is good enough for that sli and cpu.

the hitachi drives are slow and loud

seagates or samsungs instead

700 watts is certainly enough to run your computer , but I have no experience with that psu

Check that it has enough pci-e power connectors for the graphics cards , and maybe google for some reviews
