PC Upgrade 2016 Nov. (CPU & SSD)

Hello guys, I have been searching on the other threads but unfortunately I have no clue since I am not sure what to upgrade or what to buy. So actually, my friend told me to upgrade my CPU and I need to buy also SSD. So I've been doing a research but just to make sure it's worthy and good quality that's why I ask you guys. I always play THE DIVISION but the CPU usage always at 100% and battlefield 1. So basically I don't know whether my CPU bottleneck but sometimes at higher fps (80-120) it feels like I'm lagging or something that it feels like not smooth. (Most of my game is ULTRA, VSYNC OFF). So please help me what CPU to recommend and what SSD to recommend at least not the expensive.

i5 4690k with hyper 212 evo cooler (I want to upgrade this)
GPU GTX 1070 asus strix
RAM 4gb 1600hz 2x hyper x fury
Motherboard ASRock Z97 Pro 4
HDD 1TB Seaggate
PSU Cx600 Corsair

Your CPU should be fine although BF1 can be under 60fps even on an overclocked i5-6600k.

Do you have 4 gb of 8 gb of RAM, you list 4gb but then put in 2x, so that's two 4 gb sticks for 8 gb total?

You can try overclocking your CPU (since you got a K model anyway) and see if your FPS go up.

To do a meaningful CPU upgrade you will need to replace the motherboard and RAM also to go to a new i5 or i7 which is about a $400-500 process, and a clean Windows setup.
