Hi!
I decided that it may be time for me to upgrade my current PC. My budget is around 450-500 USD, but it may be a bit less in reality because I live in Hungary and the prices for PC components are slightly higher here. I recently got a Radeon R7 370 since my old GPU died and I didn't have much money on me at the time. I will most likely be upgrading it in the next year or two, so please don't include any GPU in the budget.
Current specs:

Motherboard: Gigabyte M68MT-S2
SSD: Samsung 850 EVO
GPU: AMD Radeon R7 370
CPU: AMD FX 6100
RAM: 2x4 GB DDR3 @ 1333 Mhz
PSU: PURE POWER L8 630W Modular Bronze
Case: AZZA Solaris (old case from 2011)

I was planning on getting an i5, but I'm not sure if I should get a 6600k or stick with the previous generation since I have to upgrade my motherboard anyway. I was planning on getting a Hyper 212 EVO and possibly a new case for overclocking.

Thanks in advance!

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

CPU: Intel Core i5-6600K 3.5GHz Quad-Core Processor ($248.95 @ Amazon)
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler ($24.89 @ OutletPC)
Motherboard: MSI Z170A KRAIT GAMING ATX LGA1151 Motherboard ($149.99 @ Amazon)
Memory: Corsair Vengeance LPX 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR4-2400 Memory ($57.99 @ Newegg)
Total: $481.82

This build has room for upgrade as well (adding in more RAM *16gb total*/will support crossfire *will need better PSU for 2nd GPU*).

Hopefully you could get something like that for $450 in Hungary.
Core i5-6500 will be enough for any single GPU you buy later.
