Question PC Upgrade Advice

Hey everyone. I am looking for some advice to see if I should upgrade my current PC or just start new and fresh. I bought a gaming PC back in like 2016-2017 from Xotic PC's. Here are the specs, as I do not know which would be the better option at this point:

Processor: AMD Ryzen 7 1700X Eight Core Processor 3.40 GHz
Ram: 16.0 GB Dual-Channel @ 1064 MHz
Mother Board: Micro-Star Ltd x370 Gaming Pro Carbon
Graphics: G215HV (1920x1080@60Hz)
2047MB NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 MSI
Storage: 1863GB Seagate ST2000LX001-1RG174
238GB Western Digital WDC WDS256G1X0C-00ENX0

I think that should cover most. I am non liquid cooling as well.

I know that I definitely need a graphics card update, but not sure if I should update anything else with it or just buy new.

Hey thanks, I will get this filled out with your suggestion! Might not be till tomorrow though as it might take a bit. Will have to pull out my PC and make sure I get you all the specs! Stay tuned!
