PC Upgrade components compatible?

I would like to know if these components I'm planning to use for upgrading my current prebuilt pc is compatible. Right now I have an Asus m11bb Essentio. I want to upgrade ram, cpu, graphics card, PSU, and motherboard.

They are compatible, but I would make a few changes to your setup.

Dont get the 1200. The 2200g has replaced the 1200 and it has good integrated graphics. The 1200 is not a good buy anymore. You are running a dual channel board with only one stick of RAM. You need 2 (2x4gb) sticks of RAM to run dual channel and I would go for higher speed. Lastly, dont get a A320 motherboard. Spend the extra few bucks for the B350 that gives you the chance to overclock.

The 520 watt seasonic PSU is fine, I got the 620 watt here cause it was a couple bucks cheaper.

Keep in mind that the 2200G only provides for an 8 lane PCIe 16x slot. Not a problem with the APU or the 1300, nor with the 1050 Ti. Just something to remember if some day you want to upgrade to a faster CPU and future high-end gfx card. Although 8 lanes at PCIe 3.0 is still greater than most cards can saturate.

PC parts picker says, "Some AMD B350 chipset motherboards may need a BIOS update prior to using Raven Ridge CPUs. Upgrading the BIOS may require a different CPU that is supported by older BIOS revisions."

Is this true? If then, I would need 2 processors...

AMD is offering a program to ship a "loner" CPU to update the bios. You would just need to drop it in and put the bios on a USB and use the EZ flash to update the bios. It also depends on when you are getting the rig. The B450 mobos will be released soon and they will have the appropriate bios version to run the 2200g.

Additionally, 8x 3.0 PCIe lanes is more than enough for any GPU on the market, even the 1080ti. Which would be a strange pairing to use a $100 CPU on a $800 GPU. So I don't think that will be an issue.

As for as less compatibility, I am not sure what you are talking about. The 2200g will have better compatibility than the 1200. I don't know what you mean by "cards", but the compatibility has to do with RAM. Ryzen has a lot of RAM compatibility issues and the new CPUs should help alleviate some of those issues.

No. The 2200g is the same performance as the 1300/1300X.
1) With the2200g, you gain a built-in GPU which has to use some of your slower system RAM to function. You'll probably want to go with a discrete card anyway.
2) With the 1300/1300X you gain more PCIe lanes. But both the 1300/1300X and 2200g will bottleneck most cards fast enough to saturate the PCIe bus beyond x8 lanes, anyway. So that isn't really an issue. I just wanted to point that out, is all.

Bottom line.... Either choice is fine, no difference in CPU performance.
