Parts to Upgrade: Everything apart from case, HDD and SSD which will be re-used

Preferred Website(s) for Parts: Not bothered as long as it's legit

Location: United Kingdom, my budget is 500-550, although the lower the better.

Parts Preferences: Not bothered

Overclocking: Probably not

SLI or Crossfire: No

Your Monitor Resolution: Currently 1440x900, will be getting 1920x1080 in the future

Additional Comments: Quiet PC and good temperatures, already have an SSD.

And Most Importantly, Why Are You Upgrading: I'm getting performance issues in games like League of Legends when I have something open in the background, I would like to play more demanding games (Forza, ARK, Witcher, GTA 5 at better settings, modern modded Minecraft, R6 Siege at better settings) I may want to stream some of these games (probably only LoL though)

Build which I've come up with: https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/list/9shDBb I'm fairly certain on most of the parts apart from the motherboard, RAM and PSU. Motherboard because there may be something which is also good that will be cheaper, RAM because there is a cheaper Corsair Vengeance LPX 2x8GB 3200MHz , however, I heard that the Ryzen doesn't work well with this, and the PSU because there is a Corsair TXM Gold 550W 80+ Gold PSU available too for 20 pounds less which is apparently also good, but i'm not sure. I don't really know what it means by fully modular or semi modular either.

That Corsair will work, with Ryzen. Not sure where you got, that it won't. The G-Skill I would consider to be better though. That board is a great overclocking choice, but you can go with a cheaper board, if you do not intend to overclock. Cheaper motherboard, and PSU that is still decent quality, and you can squeeze in a faster GTX 1660.

I just read somewhere that it will still work but not as good as it would with other models, but it's not much of a price difference so I'll go for the G.Skill I guess.

I wasn't really thinking of getting a GTX at all to be honest, I was pretty set on the RX 580, but you got me thinking, since the build in general is a bit cheaper now. I looked through some benchmarks between the two and there seems to be a few FPS difference between them, and the main thing I noticed is that the 1660 runs cooler than the 580.
