Hello 
Small story: My Cousin is 15 years old. Unfortunately his fathers company went insolvency (thats why they have no money for a real PC Upgrade). I want to purchase a small Upgrade for him so he can play some Games like Fortnite, CSGO etc.
Current Hardware:
AMD Athlon 64 X2 5000+ overclocked to around 2x2,8 GHz
Highly overclocked GTX 260
4GB RAM
500-550W PSU
-> Fortnite is lagging with around 15 FPS because of the CPU. CSGO is lagging with 20-25 FPS. After some loading it plays pretty smooth on 720p.
I was thinking about buying a LGA755 Mainboard for 15-20€ and a Q6600 or higher for 10-15€. I checked some benchmarks and test and he should be able to play some games then. Is it good or are there any alternatives?
