PC Upgrade Help Needed

So this is basically my PC w/o peripherals and OS. I need to upgrade bc its loud and getting a bit slow. i think i want to upgrade the graphics card, mobo, and case the most and in that order. i also think i'd benefit from a heatsink rather than my stock cooler bc its loud and looks generally worn out. i want to prioritize the computer's speed and noise (want it to be as quiet as possible). do u have any kind of suggestions? lmk thanks

be aware that that might cause problems with windows activation , and reinstalling might be necessary

Unless your planning to switch to a intel not worth upgrading the mobo, I recommend upgrading the GPU, replace the CPU fan/heatsink and maybe going with a SSD for your boot drive and using your 1TB just for storage.
