Pc upgrade help

Had an old system with Athlon 64x2 6000+ 🙂 but been after fx8350 for long time,
So I got one on an asus m5a99x board with 2x4gb 1600mhz corsair vengence ram.
At the min I still have to upgrade the following:
Gtx650 ti - gtx 970 strix (asus)

Ccivo 700w psu - ?
What psu do you recommend?

Cpu fan? Don't like big air fan think h80i? Thoughts please,
Needs to run quiet.

Have 2 cooler master jet flow 120mm fans front and rear which work really well,
Any thoughts on anything else? I'm a big gamer and would also like to dabble at ocing my very much improved rig

Ah budget I knew I missed something, right psu 50-70 quid but it's got to good for over locking should I stay at 750w?
Graphics card heart is set on 970gtx like the asus one (I'll find the money lol)
Cooler I'm running stock and switch off turbo for time being. Runs no higher than 61 on prime95 at that.
Other bit I missed was what's most important to replace soonest I'd assume psu as mine not rated in any way
