PC Upgrade Help

Looking for help on what I should be upgrading first, built a PC on a 400$ budget awhile back, and looking to upgrade parts. Main games I'm playing are pubg, Overwatch, Tom Clancy rainbow six siege Asus M5A99 FX pro amd fx 6300 HIS 7950 IceQ Turbo 3GB 4 Corsair DDR3 vengeance LP (16gb total)
Looking to upgrade to a ryzen 3 1300x Asus - PRIME B350M-A/CSM Micro ATX AM4 Motherboard G.SKILL Aegis 8GB 288-Pin DDR4 SDRAM DDR4 3000
Is this the best option? or would it be better just to upgrade my graphics card

IceQ is ~ gtx 960, Your new upgrade is much better on the long run since fx 6300 is not going anywhere. You may sell your IceQ and get a 1050 Ti or 1060

It is a really bad time to upgrade GPUs due to inflated prices. I would look at upgrading the CPU platform and not the GPU right now. The 1300x is a good budget CPU. You may want to see what the new i3 8300 looks like from Intel because they are rumored to be 4 core parts which essentially would be the same as a 7500. A 7500 would easily beat a 1300x and the new i3 pricing may be very close to the 1300x.
