PC Upgrade - Nervous User

Hi! I'm new on this site, so sorry if I have selected a wrong thread for this!

The thing is, I want to buy a MSI GTX 1050 Ti 4GT OC graphics card, an MSI A320M Grenade motherboard and an ID-Cooling SE-902X processor cooler.

I have a 300W power supply (can't provide exact name/branding, sorry) in my PC, and I want to ask that, would it be enough to make this upgrade work, or do I have to get a new supply too, like 500-/-600W?

Thank you for your answers in advanced! Have a nice day!

P.S.: I managed to get the motherboard: AcBel HBA005 350 and if I have to, I'd change it to Chieftec Smart 600W GPS-600A8 - any opinions about it would be received with interest.

I checked the sticker, and actually it says it has 350W at peak, (and it can deliver it for 30sec) and can deliver 13A at +12v1 and at +12v2 both.

13A @ 12v = 156w and that’s it’s continuous, a good quality psu should be able to do 90% plus of its rated wattage continuously on the 12v rail. When gaming it puts the psu under high load for long periods of time, if that psu fails it can damage other components. Personally I would say that psu is not up to the job and using risks frying your system if it fails.
