1)The SSD in this list is so you can have an OS only C drive.
2)I could've fit a 2080Ti in there, but that is just a bad idea this late in the game with Nvidia's Ampere(RTX 3000) looking to launch around the end of this year. The 2070 Super and 2080 Super will make for better placeholders, while not breaking the bank.

The above looks pretty darn sensible...and, well within stated budget!

One could end up 'nearly as fast' with 'just' a n R5-3600 and an RX5700XT, perhaps saving ~$380-$400 altogether. (you could save another $80 by getting only a 16 GB RAM kit as well) About enough money to replace the GPU in 3 years time with what will surely be faster than the 2080 Super then... (hypothetically, anyway)
