PC Upgrade primary for gaming

Hi guys, i want to upgrade my pc for games . I want to play new games on High/Ultra settings 1080p is this setup ok ? is anything better to replace ?

CPU : Intel Core i5-4460
Cooler : Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro Rev.2
GPU : EVGA GeForce GTX 1060, 6GB GDDR5
PSU : Zalman ZM500-LX 500W
Motherboard : ASUS H97M-E - Intel H97

I have 8GB DDR3 ram and that's why i won't spend extra money on the Skylake. I think its not worth.

You can change the motherboard to a cheaper B85 chipset board and and try to get i5-4670 or i5-4690 for better CPU performance.

If you OC the CPU in future, yes it's worth, if not then go with non K CPU 4670 of 4690.

Edit : i will probably go with ASRock H97M pro 4 with i5 4460 , but i can't decide which SSD to buy, is 120GB enough for OS and some games ?

4460 can bottleneck 1060 in some CPU bound games, so better to get the chip with higher clock speeds.
For SSD choose between Samsung 850 EVO or PRO. I recommend you 850 PRO, it's an excellent SSD for it's price with 10 year warranty.

What case do you have? You should check clearance for GPU length and CPU heatsink length.

Does it have some stickers with text?
You have to measure your PCI-E slot length in case. If it's longer than GPU length you'll be fine.
