include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time.

What is your budget?
As above, list the make/model of all of your parts.
In an easy to read form.
Something like the case, for example can likely be reused.
At what resolution do you intend to run?
Do you favor fast action games, multiplayer games, sims, strategy or mmo type games.
Do you have a need for large amounts of ram?
At any price point, Intel and amd processors have similar performance.
Ditto on nvidia/radeon graphics cards.
Do you have a preference.

Unless you need it now, I would wait till Ryzen 9000 reviews are out. They are set to be launched sometime in July.
