Pc Upgrade required?

Hi, i have some problems with running games and i'd like to know if i need an upgrade or what to do to help
Here are my specs:
-AMD Fx-8320 (3.5 GHz)
-Nvidia Gefore gtx 960
-8.00 Gb RAM
-MSI 970 GAMING (MS-7693)

Keep in mind that i dont know too much about computer building and i play games like:
-Gta V
-BF1
-CSGO
-H1Z1 KOTK

probably all playable,
bf1 and gta min settings
csgo shouldnt be a prob.
zombies should be cake.

if u want to play bf1 more then i suggest upgrading if having problems playing

yeah, you might have to build another pc. i dont know much about amd cpu's but you will need to get the latest gpu. the 960 isnt going to cut it for bf1.

what are you able to budget for your pc upgrades?
also what monitor do you have?
